A Vittelio replacement card proposing to swap a bacon cheeseburger lunch for baked salmon with greens and roll, explaining that it adds 2.5 points from fish, leafy greens, and whole grains

Swaps, not overhauls

Vittelio never hands you a stranger's meal plan. It looks at the week you reported and proposes same-meal replacements: if a bacon cheeseburger is your usual lunch, it might suggest a spinach & strawberry salad with quinoa in that same slot — trading red meat and cheese for leafy greens, berries, and whole grains, at roughly the same mealtime rhythm you already have.

Every card explains itself in plain language: what you currently eat, what would replace it, and exactly which MIND food groups the change adds — down to the points, like “+2.5” on the card above.

Ranked and calorie-aware

You approve everything

Suggestions arrive as cards you review one by one. Don't like a dish? Skip shows you an alternative that makes the same improvement. Nothing enters your plan until you accept it — the plan is only ever what you reported plus what you approved. And every accepted dish comes with a step-by-step recipe, so there's never a suggestion you don't know how to cook.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Will it tell me to eat foods I don’t like?

You review every suggestion; Skip cycles alternatives that make the same improvement. Foods you’ve marked as avoided — nuts, fish, dairy, gluten, or animal products — are never suggested.

Will the swaps add calories to my week?

Swaps replace a meal you already eat, so they are roughly calorie-neutral by design, and the ranking actively avoids inflating your week. Calorie figures shown are estimates based on USDA data.

How many swaps will I get?

It depends on your week and the pace you choose — from your biggest one or two wins on the Gentle plan up to every worthwhile change on the Full plan.
