Three paces, one ranked list
Behind the scenes, Vittelio builds a single best-first list of every worthwhile improvement to your week. The pace you pick simply decides how far down that list to go:
- Gentle — your one or two biggest wins. Small changes, minimal disruption, and usually a surprising share of the available points.
- Steady — a few changes for a meaningful step up.
- Full — every worthwhile change, up to the complete ideal MIND week.
Because it's one list, the paces never disagree: Gentle is always the start of Steady, and Steady the start of Full. Each pace card tells you up front how many changes you'd be reviewing, and the app shows what your score would become once the plan is cooked.
Review before anything is set
Picking a pace doesn't commit you to anything. Every change arrives as a card you review — accept it, or skip to an alternative — and the plan becomes final only when you confirm it. What lands on your Home tab is exactly what you approved: a short list of meals to cook, with recipes and a shopping list to match.
Change your mind anytime
The pace isn't a subscription to a lifestyle. You can revisit your plan from the Profile tab whenever you like — step up from Gentle to Steady when the first changes have become habits, or scale back in a busy season. Your history stays intact either way; changing the plan never erases what you've already done.
