Logging that does itself
There is no food diary in Vittelio. When you cook a plan recipe to the last step, the meal logs itself. Meals you already eat start the week filled in — the app doesn't ask you to re-prove your own routine — and a simple plus and minus let you adjust any row when a week runs differently.
A score that re-proves itself weekly
Each week opens at the score of the week you reported and climbs as you actually cook your plan. Improvement is earned in the kitchen, not assumed by the app: cook the new meals and the number rises; skip a week and it simply sits at your baseline. The score is honest in both directions — logging a limit food can never push it up, and nothing decays just because you didn't open the app.
Trends you can read
- A monthly chart of your finished weeks, each week one dot with its score.
- A year view — a heat-map of all your recorded weeks at a glance, colored by score.
- Your whole history stays. Re-assessing your diet starts a new baseline, but past eras stay on the chart — progress is a record, not a reset.
No streaks, on purpose
There are no streaks, badges, or daily goals anywhere in the app. Streak mechanics punish exactly the weeks — travel, illness, a busy stretch — when guilt helps least. Vittelio's model is calmer: your reported week is the floor, cooking raises it, and a quiet week costs you nothing but that week.
